How do I pay for things?

Beer, wine, food, and kid's zone tickets are available to purchase throughout the day. Cash and credit/debit are accepted. Sorry, no refunds.

Is the event kid friendly?

Yes, children are welcome! We have a great kid's zone set up for the kids (all-day kid's zone wristbands are available for purchase).

Is there an entry fee?

No, but a donation box is available at the entrance and your support is GREATLY appreciated.

Can I bring my dog?

Leashed, friendly pets are welcome.

Is there security?

Yes, on-site security is provided by local police officers.

Should I bring a chair?

We have chairs and tables, but they fill up fast. If you have a camp chair, feel free to bring it.

Who does the event benefit?

All Proceeds from OystoberFest support St. Thomas' outreach programs. More about our programs.

Will we be able to smoke?

It's an outdoor event, so please be courteous of others if you wish to smoke.

What are the beverage options?

Wine, beer, soft drinks, juice boxes, and bottled water are available for purchase. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the event. No alcohol for those under age 21 & no ABC off premises.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks are allowed at OystoberFest due to Richmond Health Department and ABC regulations.

Can my company become an OystoberFest sponsor?

YES! Please contact us via facebook for information.

Are outside vendors allowed?

At this time, we are not allowing outside vendors.

Can my organization to set up a booth at the event?

If are a non-profit organization that aligns with the mission, please contact us via facebook and we will consider your request. We reserve the right to deny your request without explanation.
